This Privacy Policy is a translation of the Korean original, and if there is any discrepancy between this translation and the Korean original, the Korean original shall prevail.
TRUSTORY.Inc (the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects, and processes personal information as follows.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.
- Receiving sign-ups to follow campaign news
- Contact after the content is released to provide campaign news and information on how to participate
Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or the retention and use period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.
- Personal information collected through campaign news sign-ups is retained for 6 months and then destroyed.
Article 3 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following items of personal information to receive sign-ups for campaign news.
- Required items: name, phone number, email
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes data subjects’ personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1, and does not provide personal information to third parties except in cases such as where the data subject has given separate consent or where special provisions of law apply.
Article 5 (Entrusting the Processing of Personal Information)
The Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows for the smooth handling of personal information.

When entering into an entrustment contract, the Company stipulates the matters necessary to ensure that personal information is managed securely, and will disclose any change of processor through this Policy.
Article 6 (Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)
The Company transfers personal information overseas as follows to operate the website and receive sign-ups for campaign news. This transfer is carried out to the extent necessary to perform the contract with the data subject and process sign-ups, and is disclosed as follows pursuant to Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them)
Data subjects may at any time exercise their rights against the Company, such as requesting access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may contact the Company in writing, by phone, by email, or by other means through the contact details in Article 9 to make such requests. The Company will take action without delay.
Article 8 (Destruction of Personal Information)
When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiry of the retention period or achievement of the purpose of processing, the Company destroys the personal information without delay. Information in electronic file form is deleted using a method that makes recovery impossible.

The Company takes overall responsibility for work related to the processing of personal information, and designates a Chief Privacy Officer as follows to handle data subjects’ complaints and remedies for damages related to the processing of personal information.

Article 10 (Remedies for Infringement of Rights and Interests)

Article 11 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy takes effect on September 30, 2026. In the event of any additions, deletions, or modifications, the changes will be announced through the website starting 7 days before they take effect.
